What to do if something is not right with your order.
If something is wrong
Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and a photograph of the item. We will tell you the next step straight away.
Condition
Items should be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, personal-care items can only be returned if the packaging is unopened.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the same payment method used at checkout. Processing times depend on your bank.
