How and when your orders are delivered.
Delivery times
Orders are delivered in 3-5 days on average, counted from the day your payment is confirmed rather than the day you place the order. Some products carry their own delivery window, shown on the product page.
Tracking
Every confirmed order receives a tracking code as soon as payment is verified. You can follow progress from My orders, or by opening the tracking link directly.
Delivery address
Please check your address and phone number at checkout. Our courier calls the number on the order, and an incorrect address is the most common cause of a delayed delivery.
